By accessing or using KHARIDi Store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the website.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or misleading purposes

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the site

  • Attempt to access restricted areas without authorization

KHARIDi Store reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to anyone who violates these terms.

2. 📦 Product Availability and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

  • Product availability is not guaranteed and may vary depending on stock.

  • In case of any pricing or stock errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.

3. 🧾 Orders, Payments & Cancellation Policy

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing and shipping information

  • Make full payment through the provided methods (we do not store payment details)

  • Accept our shipping, cancellation, return, and warranty policies

❗ Order Cancellation Terms

  • Once an order is received and confirmed, cancellation is not possible.

  • Please place orders only if you are completely sure about the product.

  • If a cancellation request is exceptionally accepted, the following charges apply:

    • Up to 20% cancellation fee for orders below ₹10,000

    • 10% cancellation fee for orders above ₹10,000

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violation.

4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier service.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the item is dispatched.

📦 Delivery Acceptance & Rejection Policy

  • Customers must accept prepaid orders at the time of delivery.

  • Intentional rejection of a prepaid order will result in:

    • Forward shipping charges

    • Return (RTO) shipping charges

    • Applicable cancellation charges (up to 20% of product value)

  • If delivery is not attempted from the courier side, KHARIDi Store will bear the charges and re-ship the parcel.

KHARIDi Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. 🔁 Returns, Damages & Unboxing Proof (Mandatory)

  • In case the parcel arrives damaged, tampered, or with an exchanged/wrong product, the customer must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video.

  • The unboxing video must:

    • Start before opening the sealed package

    • Clearly show the shipping label

    • Continue without pause or cuts until the product is fully visible

  • The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.

❗ Without an uncut unboxing video, no complaint, return, replacement, or warranty claim will be accepted.

6. 🛠 Testing Warranty & Product Categories

  • KHARIDi Store sells products across NEW, USED (Pre-owned), and OPEN-BOX categories.

  • Due to the nature of these products, strict policies are mandatory and non-negotiable.

  • To avail testing warranty, an uncut unboxing video will be asked first and is compulsory.

  • Warranty terms vary by product and are clearly mentioned on the product page or invoice.

KHARIDi Store does not take responsibility for manufacturer-level warranty unless explicitly stated.

7. 🛡️ Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, product images, and design — is the property of KHARIDi Store and protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. ❌ Limitation of Liability & Customer Responsibility

  • All products are sold “as-is” with full disclosure of condition.

  • KHARIDi Store is not liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    • Losses due to misuse or misunderstanding of product condition

    • Courier delays or third-party failures

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all policies.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order.

❗ No excuses will be entertained later.
Policy violations may result in:

  • Monetary charges

  • Order cancellation

  • Permanent ban from future purchases
