β Return & Replacement Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement only in the following situations:

An unedited unboxing video is mandatory to process any complaint.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to return the item, but issues must be reported within 24 hours.
β Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Products missing original packaging or accessories
Preowned/Openbox items (unless defective and explicitly covered)
Software, digital products, or downloadable content
Items reported after the 24-hour window
Returns due to personal dislike or change of mind

Once the product is received and inspected, weβll proceed with the replacement or refund.
π Replacement Policy
If a replacement item is available:
It will be dispatched within 3β5 business days after verification.
Replacements are subject to stock availability and the condition of the returned product.
π° Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
The product is out of stock for replacement
The return request is approved and verified
The order was canceled before dispatch
β οΈ In exceptional cases where the reason for refund is not valid, a 10% cancellation charge will be deducted.
