At KHARIDI Store, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across India. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle processing, dispatch, tracking, and delivery of your orders.


📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message once your order is confirmed.


🚚 Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier partner.

  • Remote and rural areas may take longer.

  • We ship from our warehouse using trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, and others.


🌐 Shipping Coverage

We ship across all major cities and towns in India.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.


💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on most prepaid orders (offer-based).

  • A minimal fee may be charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) (if available).

  • Exact shipping charges (if any) are displayed during checkout before payment.


🧾 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment status in real-time using the tracking number provided.


⚠️ Delays & Exceptions

While we try to deliver within the promised time, delays may happen due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier delays

  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided

❗Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with:

  1. Do not accept delivery, or

  2. Record an unboxing video immediately and contact us at support@kharidistore.in or on WhatsApp

We will help you with return or replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.


🛑 Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be marked undeliverable if:

  • The delivery address is incorrect/incomplete

  • The customer is unavailable or unreachable

  • The order is refused at the doorstep

In such cases, your order may be canceled or returned to origin. Re-shipping may incur extra charges.
